Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or damaged-after-delivery products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened cosmetics, skincare, haircare, or fragrances
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift sets once opened
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and unboxing proof where possible.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the case.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
